Your Impact:
As the architect of our AI strategy, you will define the roadmap for our proprietary models, ensuring they remain ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the architecture of multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA).
- Drive the research and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Quantum-ready algorithms) into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices for high-availability applications.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
