Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for production environments.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and 2026 innovation targets.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and MLOps implementation.
- Mentor a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex AI models into consumer-facing applications.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and security best practices.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to keep our stack cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize system performance and handle large-scale data processing.
