Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling next-gen data volumes and processing needs.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the 2026 timeframe.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience leading high-performance teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
