Responsibilities

- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures optimized for high-volume AI processing.
- Model Integration: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core operational workflows.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system latency and throughput to ensure seamless user experiences.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and propose experimental technologies for future adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into scalable business solutions.
