Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI architectures for autonomous agents and intelligent systems.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency, high-throughput inference in production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel Generative AI techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into seamless user experiences.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, ethics, and safety in AI deployment.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs and NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
