Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI systems aligned with the 2026 Strategic Roadmap.
- Define and implement deep learning and generative AI models for production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across all AI workloads.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and integrate them into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven experience deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
