Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, distributed machine learning pipelines designed for 2026 computational loads and edge environments.
- Pioneer research into Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents to drive product innovation.
- Oversee the integration of AI into spatial computing environments (AR/VR) for immersive user experiences.
- Define robust ethical AI governance frameworks and safety protocols to ensure responsible deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical roadmaps into production-grade software.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning with a focus on production systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow with a deep understanding of GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, algorithmic bias mitigation, and data privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
