Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on scalable AI architectures.
- Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI models and large-scale neural networks.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the deployment of cloud-native solutions to ensure high availability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a startup or growth-stage environment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
