What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement complex, large-scale machine learning architectures and data pipelines optimized for high availability and performance.
- 2026 Roadmap Execution: Translate business objectives into technical strategies, leading the development of features that align with our 2026 vision.
- Model Development: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and preprocessing to training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize cloud resources on AWS or Azure, ensuring cost-efficiency and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, researchers, and security experts to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or architect role.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and optimizing system performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
