Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure frameworks for our 2026 product suite.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging technologies in generative models and quantum computing to integrate into our core architecture.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model performance, reduce latency, and enhance energy efficiency in large-scale deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and transformer architectures is highly preferred.
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering cutting-edge solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
