Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement robust AI architectures for large-scale deployment, focusing on scalability and resilience.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product line, aligning with business objectives and emerging trends.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of deep learning models and inference pipelines to ensure real-time performance.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate novel research methodologies into our production environment.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and make high-impact technical decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
