Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems and infrastructure that align with our 2026 strategic roadmap.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and autonomous agents.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of AI models in production environments, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA), and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading technical strategy and delivering complex, large-scale projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and version control systems (Git).
