Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure designed for the demands of 2026.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems.
- Strategic Vision: Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, ensuring our technology aligns with the Year 2026 vision.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to reduce latency and increase throughput in real-time data processing environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and real-time data streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering scalable solutions.
