Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant architectures for large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical vision for future AI capabilities and infrastructure scaling.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment, fine-tuning, and optimization of LLMs and generative models to ensure low latency and high throughput.
- Mentorship & Culture: Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and security teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into core business products.
- R&D Leadership: Explore emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, edge AI) to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deep learning frameworks.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
