Key Highlights:
- Lead the architecture of our Agentic AI and Long-horizon planning systems.
- Work with state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural architectures.
- Drive technical innovation that defines the standard for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure optimized for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the technical roadmap for autonomous agents and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) to ensure long-term competitiveness.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of architecting large-scale AI systems that handle millions of requests per day.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive technical strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
