Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure for enterprise applications.
- Model Strategy: Oversee the selection and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI models to meet specific business requirements.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into existing software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- R&D: Conduct research into emerging AI trends, including neural architecture search and reinforcement learning, to stay ahead of the 2026 curve.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying production-ready NLP or Computer Vision models.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
