Responsibilities

- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies expected to define the 2026 tech landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for model training, deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects in advanced AI methodologies.
- Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native, AI-optimized environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from conception to production deployment.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on scalable architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
