Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Generative AI models and fine-tuning strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure model transparency, fairness, and safety in alignment with emerging regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the technical department.
- Optimize neural network performance for real-time inference in edge and cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Deep Learning, or Applied AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of leading complex ML projects from ideation to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, and NLP.
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
