The Role:
You will be responsible for the full software lifecycle of our core AI products, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures for AI model inference and training.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize database systems and data pipelines to handle real-time data streams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern web frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines.
