Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our next-generation 2026 Neural Grid infrastructure.
- Optimize deep learning models to reduce latency and increase processing efficiency by over 40%.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers in best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with global data regulations.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural strategies to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML architecture and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and high-performance computing projects.
- Expert knowledge of Python, C++, and GPU acceleration technologies.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, transformer models, and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) at scale.
