Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement robust Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines for enterprise deployment.
- Design multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows to automate complex business processes.
- Optimize model inference for low latency and high throughput using quantization and distillation.
- Establish MLOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
- Lead technical strategy discussions regarding the ethical and safe use of advanced AI technologies.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years specifically in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and semantic search.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of large-scale AI projects.
