Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure tailored for 2026 deployment requirements.
- Lead the architecture of large-scale neural networks and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies to drive strategic product decisions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
