Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and the 2026 strategic vision.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure using modern cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with MLOps and deployment pipelines.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
