Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures for the 2026 platform stack, focusing on efficiency and throughput.
- Lead a team of ML engineers in developing and deploying state-of-the-art deep learning models.
- Optimize neural network inference and training pipelines for low-latency environments.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern inference engines.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts or experience with hybrid computing frameworks.
