Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting high-volume, low-latency inference for the 2026 market.
- Model Development: Spearhead the training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI evolution, anticipating trends in autonomous agents and synthetic data.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance, optimize latency, and reduce computational costs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the AI research division.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- 2026 Readiness: Experience with MLOps, model versioning (MLflow), and deployment on edge devices.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and optimize system bottlenecks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
