Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 AI infrastructure overhaul.
- Define and execute the roadmap for transitioning legacy systems to autonomous agents.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Ensure data sovereignty, security, and ethical compliance across all AI deployments.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate technical capabilities into user-centric features.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven experience designing scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
