Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Design and maintain the technical vision for AI integration, specifically focusing on 2026 and beyond scalability and resilience.
- System Architecture: Design complex, distributed AI systems that can handle petabyte-scale data processing with zero-latency inference.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents, ensuring optimal performance on edge devices.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement rigorous guardrails to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and compliant with emerging global regulations.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate emerging tech stacks (e.g., Rust, WebGPU, WASM) to determine their viability for our core products.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience deploying AI workloads on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
