Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 AI ecosystem, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of high-scale AI inference engines and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and compliance with emerging global standards.
- Drive innovation in model fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent orchestration.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and CI/CD pipelines specific to AI workloads.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes, high-velocity environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and building autonomous AI agents.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
