Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Spearhead the design of next-generation neural network architectures optimized for the 2026 computing landscape.
- Model Optimization: Improve model efficiency, reduce latency, and increase throughput for real-time AI applications.
- Research Implementation: Translate cutting-edge academic research into production-ready code and deployable models.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our core software suite.
- AI Safety: Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure model reliability and ethical alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, specifically with Transformers, LLMs, or diffusion models.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with distributed training, high-performance computing (HPC), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Mathematics: Deep understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistical inference.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
