Job Description
Join Nexus Horizon Systems as we architect the future of intelligent computing. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our 2026 strategic roadmap and drive the next evolution of our generative AI suite. You will be at the forefront of developing scalable, ethical, and high-performance AI models that redefine user experience.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will work in a high-impact environment where innovation is not just encouraged but required. If you possess a deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and predictive analytics, and you are eager to shape the technological landscape of 2026, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary AI models aligned with our 2026 product vision.
- Optimize neural network performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune foundation models and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Ensure ethical AI standards, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, including quantum computing interfaces and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience deploying AI solutions in high-scale, production environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
