Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems targeted for deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- Design and optimize deep neural networks (DNNs) and large language models (LLMs) for high-throughput environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure AI models are robust, scalable, and adhere to ethical AI guidelines and bias mitigation standards.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to integrate advanced AI features into consumer and enterprise platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the convergence of AI and quantum computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade machine learning models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model versioning strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
