Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models and infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Model Optimization: Engineer solutions to maximize inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Research & Development: Stay at the cutting edge of AI research, implementing novel techniques in reinforcement learning and natural language processing.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into broader product ecosystems.
- Code Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX with a strong portfolio of published models.
- Specialization: Proven track record in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or Neural Architecture Search.
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
