Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of our proprietary 2026 predictive AI engine.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor a team of 5-8 data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Optimize existing algorithms for real-time processing and low latency.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with NLP and Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
