What You Will Do:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning infrastructure for next-gen LLMs.
- Research and prototype novel neural network architectures optimized for 2026 computing standards.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost efficiency across distributed cloud environments.
- Define best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical strategy within the AI division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end deep learning pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure production-grade reliability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding the evolution of AI models post-2025.
- Implement robust security measures to protect proprietary training data.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI frameworks within the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU programming (CUDA).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to delivery.
