Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive 5-year technology strategy that aligns with business goals and anticipates future market shifts.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to identify viable opportunities for integration into our core products.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in.
- Prototyping & Validation: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern architectures capable of supporting 2026 standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business impact.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and scalable system design.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
