Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of microservices and distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and prototype solutions for emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability and implement robust disaster recovery and security protocols.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to keep our stack cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven experience with distributed systems design, message queues, and event-driven architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
