Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technical roadmap, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including advanced AI, machine learning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and executives, to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful results.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and reliability of our platform as we scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven experience in defining and implementing long-term technology roadmaps and strategic visions.
- Deep expertise in modern software architectures (Microservices, Serverless, Event-Driven) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
