Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, demonstrating products and explaining features/benefits.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- No prior sales or retail experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium weight merchandise.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
