Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by building relationships with high-net-worth clients across luxury retail segments
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through consultative selling techniques and product expertise
- Develop personalized client experiences utilizing our CRM platform to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to optimize product displays and promotions
- Maintain deep knowledge of product lines, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Participate in after-hours client events and exclusive trunk shows
- Mentor junior associates on sales methodologies and brand standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in luxury retail or high-value B2B sales
- Proven track record of exceeding $500K+ in annual sales volume
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex product benefits
- Proficiency in Salesforce and retail management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel to regional trade shows
