Responsibilities
- Present and sell high-performance power equipment, tools, and machinery to commercial and residential clients.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring high customer engagement and a professional showroom environment.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage follow-ups, and document customer interactions.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical guidance to potential buyers.
- Process transactions, handle payments, and prepare sales contracts accurately.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in retail or equipment sales.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management tools.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 50 lbs) when demonstrating products.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
