Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, processing transactions accurately, and resolving issues promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of product features, promotions, and company policies to educate customers effectively.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Merchandising: Assist in stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong passion for sales is a must.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Attitude: A positive, approachable, and energetic demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds comfortably.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
