Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and renewals
- Maintain HRIS data integrity with 99.9% accuracy across employee records
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Nevada labor regulations
- Coordinate performance review cycles and talent development initiatives
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including virtual recognition programs
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven talent strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years HR coordination or generalist experience
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR) and applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency in Nevada labor laws and EEOC compliance
- Exceptional remote communication skills via Slack/Zoom
- Advanced Excel skills for HR analytics and reporting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive HR matters
