Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer acceptance using Greenhouse and Workday
- Administer benefits enrollment, COBRA, and leave-of-absence processes in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop and maintain HRIS data integrity, generating workforce analytics for leadership decisions
- Coordinate employee onboarding experiences including equipment setup, orientation, and buddy matching
- Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations inquiries with empathy and discretion
- Support performance management cycles and training program implementation
Qualifications
- 3+ years HR coordination experience with remote/hybrid team exposure
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred) and MS Office Suite
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in FLSA, FMLA, EEO, and North Carolina labor regulations
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
