Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and compliance with ERISA regulations
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining positive workplace culture
- Maintain accurate HRIS records in Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate HR initiatives including performance management, training programs, and engagement surveys
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with company values and legal requirements
- Prepare HR analytics and reports for leadership decision-making
- Support payroll processing coordination and time-off management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR coordination experience with remote/hybrid work exposure
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of federal/state employment laws (FLSA, FLSA, Title VII)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate sensitive situations
- Experience with recruitment ATS platforms and applicant tracking
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
