Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits enrollment, and open enrollment periods.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR services.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Support performance management initiatives and assist in the preparation of HR reports.
- Conduct research on labor laws and best practices to recommend policy improvements.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency with HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and regulations is a plus.
