Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for 50+ employees
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as primary point of contact for benefit inquiries
- Oversee HR compliance including I-9 verification, background checks, and policy updates
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives including recognition programs and surveys
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate workforce analytics for leadership
- Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities
- Support performance management cycles and exit interviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of HR coordination or generalist experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday or BambooHR experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Experience with remote team coordination and virtual onboarding
