Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service across digital & in-person channels
- Uphold strict compliance protocols for AML/BSA regulations
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with new account openings and product promotions
- Train on remote banking platforms and virtual customer support
- Participate in branch sales initiatives and cross-training rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or cash handling experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital banking apps
- Ability to pass background check and credit assessment
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- CA Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for rotating weekends (1-2 shifts/month)
