Your Role:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service while maintaining the accuracy and security of our financial transactions. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service to resolve inquiries and explain banking products.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and ATM maintenance tools to assist customers.

  • Assist in balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift to ensure audit compliance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
  • Previous customer service or cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
  • Strong math skills with the ability to perform mental calculations quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., boxes of supplies).
