Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to 30+ daily clients via phone, video, or in-person
- Adhere to strict banking regulations (Regulations CC, E, D, BSA)
- Operate digital banking platforms and core banking systems
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain secure cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation
- Collaborate with branch managers on customer relationship building
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call center)
- Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, video conferencing)
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional branch visits
