- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to audit protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve routine customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Adhere to all federal banking regulations and security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
